You have a 7-day warranty from the day you received your product if it has any manufacturing damage.
- WE DO NOT HAVE A SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.
- This warranty policy is not valid in any of the following cases:
- When the product has been used in conditions other than normal, or when it has been used in conditions other than those recommended by the manufacturer, or due to its nature or purpose.
- When the product has been altered, repaired, scratched or broken.
- Empty packages or boxes that do not contain the product.
- Packaging mistreated or with minimal damage.
- Small paint/glue details on Funko products are not considered manufacturing defects warranting warranty.
When requesting a return, the customer will send the package by parcel (the customer absorbs the cost of parcel), it is very important to pack it properly, if possible in the same box in which it was sent to avoid any damage. Once the package arrives at our facilities and we check that it is in perfect condition, sealed and unopened, we will proceed to refund the cost of the product.
The refund will be processed in a maximum of 3 business days after receiving the product and, from there, it can take between 5 to 20 business days for bank processes outside of us.
It is also possible to request a credit refund to be used in our online store.
LIMITED EDITION reserves the right not to authorize a return if the product is not in perfect condition

Cancellation of orders with products in stock
Orders must be canceled within the first 24 hours since the order was placed. All canceled in-stock product orders are subject to a 5% deduction from the amount of your refund to cover the card transaction fees associated with the original payment. (The charging platform does not refund these fees when we refund you)
We ask that you make sure your order is correct before placing it. Once it enters our system, it will be difficult to stop and cancel it.

Cancellation of PRE-SALE product orders
When you place your pre-order, we make a deposit and promise that the manufacturer will deliver those items. When a customer cancels an order, we cannot cancel the manufacturer’s order.
For that reason, a 10% overstock fee is charged on all pre-orders canceled by the customer. We recommend that you place a pre-order in advance to help ensure your item delivery when it arrives in stock, but you We ask that you be absolutely sure that you want the item before placing an order. If a pre-sale item is more than 6 months late from the projected release date at the time of your order, or more than 10 months late from when the order was placed, you may contact us to cancel your order without penalty (Valid only for FUNKO brand products).
