The recording from the inspector’s chest camera was published by the mayor of Kiev, Vitaly Klitschko. He also commented on the incident in his Telegram channels.

The inspector, according to him, in response was forced to use a gas canister, which is included in his kit.
Klitschko stressed that this is not the first time that the city government has received complaints about the management of a chain of weapons stores and their violation of parking rules.
“That is why, in particular, parking inspectors are on duty on the sidewalks on Lesya Ukrainka Boulevard,” he added.
The mayor expressed hope for a prompt investigation by the police of the incident.
