a Full-time lawyers/attorneys (m/f/d) part-time 20 hours or in Freelance professional activity – with even better earning potential
with a focus on performance audits in accordance with SGB V
Your tasks:
- Writing statements, objections and justifications for legal action in recourse proceedings in medical law, especially as part of the performance audit according to SGB V.
- Processing of cases that have already been comprehensively processed – no previous knowledge of medical law required.
- Complete remote work possible: Work from anywhere in Germany thanks to our modern digital infrastructure.
- Support through AI-supported tools that make the workload significantly easier and more efficient.
- Client support in the context of file processing
- Taking on administrative tasks

Your profile:
- You are a fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with a completed 2nd state examination with or without professional experience
- Interested in medical law and performance auditing, but no specific prior knowledge required.
