with a focus on performance audits in accordance with SGB V

Your tasks:

• Writing statements, objections and justifications for legal action in recourse proceedings in medical law, especially as part of the performance audit according to SGB V.
• Processing of cases that have already been comprehensively processed – no previous knowledge of medical law required.
• Complete remote work possible: Work from anywhere in Germany thanks to our modern digital infrastructure.
• Support through AI-supported tools that make the workload significantly easier and more efficient.
• Client support in the context of file processing
• Taking on administrative tasks
