This is what awaits you

As a junior consultant, you will play an active role at APP right from the start. They support the project manager in analyzing business and IT issues and in creating proposed solutions. As a team, you will develop concepts and define process and IT requirements. Once the solution has been found, you support our customers until the implementation is successful.

Step by step, you will take on more responsibility, including entire work packages or a sub-project management. As a confidante of our customers, you are committed to honest and sustainable cooperation at all times. You have the opportunity to actively help shape APP as a co-entrepreneur.

We expect that

• Very good university degree in business informatics, engineering, natural sciences or business administration with a strong IT focus
• Experience in project management or business analysis
• Preferably experience in public administration, finance or healthcare
• Proven IT affinity in work, volunteer work or free time
• Quick comprehension, analytical thinking and creativity
• Targeted and efficient way of working with high quality standards
• Confident appearance and good presentation skills in fluent German
• Flexibility regarding travel activities in German-speaking Switzerland
