“So today the agenda for mediation at the South Jakarta Religious Court has summoned to send a letter to the East Java Regional Police not agreeing to the action to hold a virtual hearing at the South Jakarta Religious Court,” said lawyer Venna Melinda, Noor Akhmad at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (9/3/2023) .

Due to these obstacles, Venna and Ferry Irawan were unable to make peace. The mediation conditions at that time confirmed that the two could not reconcile.
“But yes, in the end the decision from Mr. Ferry also could not be reconciled and Ms. Venna Melinda also could not make peace, so proceed to the next agenda, namely reading the lawsuit. I received information on the e-court system earlier, so I am still coordinating with the plaintiff,” said Noor.
Venna Melinda looks puffy. The lawyer said this was because Venna was asked to retell the household problems she was facing.
“As for the tearful problem, I said that from the start it was a personal problem, the mediator asked to tell from the beginning to the end of the divorce, why could there be a divorce lawsuit, that’s why Ms. Venna cried. For the initial details, we can’t tell, so please comply, it’s confidential,” said Noor.
Venna Melinda also asked for prayers so that the Ferry Domestic Violence case would soon be P21. Venna also said that it was Ferry himself who wanted to finalize the marriage.
“I also ask for prayer, God willing, P21 will soon be so that I can also continue to fight in domestic violence cases because my focus is actually on domestic violence cases. If the divorce is a lawsuit not from me, yes, the lawsuit from Ferry himself means yes, thank God he actually means he also wants to finish this marriage Yes, it’s okay, I’ll just follow it,” he said.
