Flagship cars of the Lada Vesta family returned to the previous production volume
AvtoVAZ resumes full-fledged production of cars of the flagship family Lada Vesta 2023. Recall that since August 1 this year, the conveyor belt for the production of this model has again started working, but so far the assembly has been in only one shift. Now cars will be produced in two shifts, according to Avtograd News. Thus, the volume of production with these changes will return to the previous indicators. Previously, the staff of another shift, who was not involved in the production of Vesta, worked on the production of two other cars of the brand – Grant and Niva.
There were no official comments from the manufacturer as to why the production of Lada Vesta cars was significantly reduced. According to insider information, the reason for this was the lack of parts for several positions, as a result of which incomplete cars rolled off the assembly line. It was previously assumed that the assembly mode in one shift will last until the end of this month.
