BEKASI KOMPAS.TV – A joint team from Polda Metro Jaya and Polres Metro Bekasi has arrested a fugitive in a case of premeditated murder and mutilation in Bekasi Regency, West Java.
“He has been arrested,” said the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol. Endra Zulpan, as quoted by Antara Between, Tuesday (30/11/2021).
Zulpan revealed that the fugitive with the initials ER was arrested at his home in the Tambun area, Bekasi, West Java, on Sunday (28/11/2021) night.
Previously, the police had arrested the two perpetrators of the premeditated murder, namely FM (20) and MAP (29).
As is known, a man with the initials RS was dumped in Bekasi Regency.
The perpetrators dismembered the victim’s body into 10 pieces which were then dumped in three separate places in Tanjung Pura, Karawang and in North Cikarang as well as in Kedungwaringin in Bekasi Regency, to eliminate traces.
The victim’s body was found by residents on Saturday (27/11/2021) morning who immediately reported it to the Bekasi Metro Police.
The report was immediately followed up with a crime scene (TKP) and examination of a number of witnesses.
The results of the investigation led to the arrests of FM and MAP on Saturday afternoon, at around 15.00 WIB in Tambun Selatan, Bekasi Regency.
