Fuel prices remain unchanged

For the week of August 22-28, fuel prices will remain stable, according to the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Mipymes (MICM).

According to the provision, the gallon of premium gasoline will continue to RD $ 206.60; that of regular gasoline will remain at RD $ 196.30; the regular diesel RD $ 150.70; and the optimum diesel at RD $ 163.30.

Likewise, the avtur gallon will continue to sell at RD $ 117.50; kerosene at RD $ 141.50; fuel oil # 6 at RD $ 105.80; and fuel oil 1% at RD $ 116.30.

The price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) also remains at RD $ 111.80 and the cubic meter of natural gas continues, as always, at RD $ 28.97.

The factors that contributed to this stability are the reduction of inventories in US warehouses and the fall in production volume, the MICM says.
