Through a complaint filed in the mixed court of Porvenir, a case initiated by the regional councilor Andrés López Maldonado is being processed, in which the Fuegian member of the Core accuses threats and insults to an inhabitant of the capital of Tierra del Fuego.
Insistent messages through the social messaging network WhatsApp are those denounced by the practicing counselor, in whose criminal action the insistent and, clearly, hostile sayings that he has received from the accused are detailed.
Among the messages he has received are political issues, which even allude to the mayor of Porvenir, Marisol Andrade, stating, among other statements, that “they sold themselves to the right.”
However, beyond a political opinion that anyone could have, the Core complaint has become a frightening and constant dynamic, but not only with messaging to the complainant, but also in other groups of the same digital platform, spreading the insults that the criminal action alludes to.
Finally, it is requested that the Prosecutor’s Office entrust the Investigative Police with the procedures that are deemed necessary to collect the antecedents. Once the complaint is processed, the Public Ministry will be officiated from the Fuegian Guarantees Court.
