For his part, the tycoon reacted with laughing emojis and commented that the Workers’ Party, which is now in power, “will lose the next elections.”
Brazil’s first lady, Rosangela da Silva, known as ‘Janja’, insulted billionaire and owner of X, Elon Musk, this Saturday while giving a speech advocating the need to regulate social media at an event.
At one point her speech was interrupted by a sound glitch and she joked: “I think it’s Elon Musk.” Then he added: “I’m not afraid of you. Screw you, Elon Musk!“.
For his part, the magnate was quick to respond to the first lady of Brazil. In reaction to a post with a video fragment of those words from Janja in X, Musk posted laughing emojis and a comment: “They will lose the next elections,” referring to the left, which is now in control of the country.
This statement by the wife of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva occurred in the midst of the controversy that arose this year between Musk and the Brazilian Justice, for which X was suspended between the end of August and the beginning of October in the South American giant. The platform was also fined.
