From May 7th to 12th, 2023, the FTI Group took 18 counter employees to Morocco.
The participants flew with Eurowings Discover from Frankfurt am Main and were accompanied on the journey by Ahmed Zouhir, Sales Manager at the Moroccan Tourist Office, Gunnar Heischkel, Key Account Manager at the Lufthansa Group, and experts from the FTI Group.
The tour kicked off in Marrakech, where the expis spent two nights touring landmarks including Djemaa el Fna Square, the Koutoubia Mosque and the Majorelle Gardens.
Then the blue and white city of Chefchaouen and the Unesco World Heritage Site Essaouira were visited. Two other highlights included a two-day stay in Taghazout and a trip to Agadir, just 20 kilometers to the north. At all stations, hotel tours took place in connection with a varied supporting program that offered culinary and cultural attractions.
Flight offer to Morocco
The FTI Group has significantly expanded its range of flights to Morocco. Until the end of the 2023 summer season, in addition to Eurowings connections from Düsseldorf (Tuesdays) and Stuttgart (Wednesdays), FTI guests will have additional flights from Düsseldorf (Thursdays) and Frankfurt am Main (Thursdays) directly to Agadir.
Marrakech is served four times a week with Eurowings Discover from Frankfurt am Main (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays). From the 2023/24 winter season, the tour operator has further expanded its capacities and, among other things, has direct connections with Condor from Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Berlin in its program.
Robin Straub from travel agency First says: “The beauty and diversity of the Kingdom of Morocco should be on every holiday bucket list. And with new direct flights from many German airports, this is very easy to do.”
