According to the Fair Trade Commission, even though they had private licenses, they were advertised as “nationally registered policy finance instructors” and advertised as if they had national licenses.

Accordingly, the Fair Trade Commission accused the two joint representatives of Company A and the Korea Sales Success Engineering Association, and issued a corrective order by imposing fines of 22 million won and 6 million won respectively. KSA Co., Ltd. imposed a correction order and a fine of 12 million won.
