In social networks, they see an analogy between Hitler’s imprisonment in a bunker before his defeat and inglorious death and modern events.

The Federal Security Service of Russia on Friday, April 29, declassified new archival documents about the last days of Adolf Hitler, which he spent in the bunker. Documents are stored in the Novgorod region.

Among the documents – investigative materials of the case against Hitler’s former personal pilot, SS Gruppenführer, Police Lieutenant General Hans Baur. They contain Baur’s testimony during interrogation by the NKVD in December 1945.

On the eve of his death, the Fuhrer acquired “poison pills”. He poisoned his dogs with them to test the pills. Baur noted that Hitler had not left the bunker in recent days and looked like a man who “resigned himself to defeat and is preparing to commit suicide.”

According to the pilot, until the end of April 1945, Hitler’s inner circle did not know his final intentions.

“Only on April 30, in the afternoon, did he call me together with my adjutant. Hitler met me in the hall and took me to his room. He shook my hand and said: “Baur, I want to say goodbye to you. I want to thank you for all the years of service,” the pilot said.

According to the FSB, Adolf Hitler and Eva Braun shot themselves with 9-millimeter pistols, and their bodies were doused with gasoline and burned in the garden.

By the way, in social networks they see an analogy between Hitler’s imprisonment in a bunker before his defeat and inglorious death and modern events.

Recall that the assumptions Russian President Vladimir Putin lives in a bunkerappeared in the media a few years ago, however, the Kremlin denied this.
