The construction site of the Quai Voltaire, in Frontignan, will begin in the coming weeks.
Work on the development of the Quai Voltaire, in Frontignan, will soon begin. A necessary site, for the municipality which presented it at the beginning of February during a public meeting, in line with the creation of the cultural center in the Botta cellars.
Scheduled for early 2024
So when all the two projects are completed, in the first half of 2024, this part of the city will present a whole new profile with a tree-lined promenade, and a square, along the quay between the movable bridge (at the exit which will also create a view of the canal) and the future footbridge serving the car park with approximately 150 spaces on the site of the former refinery. As for the direction of car traffic, it will be outgoing and only on one lane.
