The government previously upgraded the distance between the metropolitan area to 1.5 steps on the 19th of last month and 2 steps on the 24th, five days later, and from the 1st of this month,’Step 2 + α’, which blocks the operation of some multi-use facilities such as sauna and aerobics academy. Measures were introduced, but when the quarantine effect was not seen, it was decided to further raise the distance.
The government recommended that the residents of the metropolitan area, where step 2.5 was applied, stay at home, stop going out and gatherings, and visit other areas as much as possible, and refrain from using multi-use facilities as much as possible.
To this end, meetings and events of more than 50 people were prohibited, and major multi-use facilities were closed after 9 pm.
With this step 2.5, the operation of 130,000 business facilities in the metropolitan area will be suspended and 460,000 operations will be restricted.
Specifically, in addition to 5 types of entertainment facilities such as entertainment pubs, danran pubs, emotional pubs, collages, hunting pots, etc., direct sales promotion halls such as door-to-door sales, singing practice halls, indoor standing performance halls, indoor sports facilities, etc. Fell down. In addition, all academies were also suspended to minimize student going out during winter vacation. Most general management facilities such as hypermarkets, department stores, movie theaters, PC cafes, beauty and beauty businesses, game rooms, and amusement parks are closed after 9pm. Tasting is also prohibited in stores, marts, and department stores.
According to the 2.5-step measure, which limits the number of meetings and activities to less than 50 people, the number of people used at wedding and funeral halls is also limited to 50 people or less.
Sports events are held without spectators, and the number of attendances has been reduced to less than a third.
The measures to restrict the use of cafes and restaurants are the same as in step 2 applied earlier in step 2.5. In cafes, only packaging and delivery are allowed regardless of business hours, and only packaging and delivery are allowed after 9 pm in restaurants.

In the non-metropolitan area, the business of five types of entertainment facilities will be suspended for three weeks following the second step.

Cafes can only open packaging and delivery, and restaurants are open until 9:00 PM, but only packaging and delivery are possible after that.
The quarantine management is strengthened in general management facilities.
In the case of indoor sports facilities, the number of people is limited to one per 4㎡ (about 1.2 pyeong), and the operation is suspended after 9 pm.
Food intake is prohibited in bathhouses, movie theaters, game rooms, multi-rooms, academies, and vocational training institutions, and the number of users per area should be limited or the density should be reduced by’floating down’.
Due to the ban on meetings and events with more than 100 people, wedding halls and funeral halls are also limited to less than 100 people.
Spectators may enter the sports arena, but the number is limited to 10% of the capacity.
Each local government may adjust quarantine measures according to the situation.
