From the Tour Alsace cyclist to Ben Hur, we’re going out this weekend!

Theater with Les Tréteaux in a cabaret-theatre, open-air cinema at the Automobile Museum and at the Bel Air cinema, South American music at Les Coteaux, or even the Tour Alsace cyclist… This weekend, we go out in Mulhouse!

Cuban heat at Parc des Coteaux

After Triton Squad & Juanito, Klonk and Lelonk and Téklémek, it’s Matanzas’ turn to perform in concert at Parc des Coteaux, as part of the third edition of Les Terrasses de Matisse. A “caliente” atmosphere for this last evening, with this ensemble which brings together musicians who come, for the most part, from Latin America and which interprets a traditional repertoire, between its cubano, rumba, salsa and cumbia… As always, entertainment for children take place from 4 p.m. until the start of the concert at 7 p.m.

Tour Alsace: the Mulhouse-Berrwiller stage this Sunday

After a time trial in Sausheim, stages in Bas-Rhin, Haute-Saône and Sundgau, the Tour Alsace will start from Mulhouse this Sunday for a final stage which will cross all the villages of the region. ‘agglo, to Berrwiller. The opportunity to see and encourage French professional continental teams, continental, national, regional teams and clubs. Among the teams involved, we find in particular Groupama FDJ Conti, Jumbo Visma Devo, DSM Devo, or the very famous CC Etupes-Montbéliard!

The Trestles in cabaret-theatre

From July 28 to August 6, amateur actors from the Tréteaux workshops present “À la folie! », in an open-air cabaret-theatre, in the courtyard of the Cour de Lorraine school: « A twirling theater in a bubbling bath of characters. Funny situations, quirky characters in a perpetual search for meaning in a world that apparently has none where the absurd reigns supreme to better underline the true madness of the norm. Short, funny, disturbing texts, constructed from everyday situations to reveal their potential for absurdity. As in a dream, we dive into a kaleidoscopic universe…”

Ben Hur at the Auto Museum

Notice to outdoor cinema lovers: to enjoy a film screening under the stars this Thursday, go not to Salvator Park but to the Autodrome du Musée de l’Auto, which is offering a special William Wyler! For the occasion, the museum will be open free of charge from 8 p.m. until the screening of the unmissable Ben Hur at nightfall. The opportunity to (re) see this mythical peplum directed by the Mulhousien William Wyler and which remains, to this day, one of the most successful films in the history of cinema.

Outdoors in Bel Air, continuation and end

Outdoor cinema always: from July 25 until Saturday July 30, the Bel Air cinema organizes its traditional festival, Plein air au Bel Air. The formula remains unchanged, to the delight of the public, who enjoy sharing a good meal (better to book), before enjoying a concert and then the screening of a film, in the open air. On the program for the next few days: concert by Jan Vanek duo and screening of “The flavor of ramen”, Thursday 28; the Bradley concert and screening of “Wild men”, Friday 28; La Fonte concert and screening of the film “Incredible but true”, Saturday 30.
