JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – The defendant Rizieq Shihab believes he won the trial held at the East Jakarta District Court regarding a number of cases of health quarantine violations.
When he was brought back to the detention center in the prosecutor’s car, Rizieq spoke to his supporters. He is sure of winning and asks his supporters not to stop.
“There is no need to worry about winning,” said Rizieq. “Fight, don’t stop!” Rizieq continued.
Previously, the defendant in the crowd case in Petamburan and Megamendung as well as the swab test case at the Bogor Ummi Hospital, Rizieq Shihab finally read out the objection note (exception) in the trial which was held face-to-face at the East Jakarta District Court, Friday (26/3/2021) ).
However, the exception reading trial at the East Jakarta District Court was held behind closed doors and could not be followed by the public in person or online.
In reading the exception, Rizieq Shihab revealed a number of things, one of which was Rizieq, referring to the role of the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mahfud MD.
