The only son of the actress Maxim was born in her civil marriage with the artist Felix-Lev Zbarsky. He is also known as the husband of the legendary Soviet model Regina Zbarskaya. Felix-Lev later emigrated, and the actress gave her son her last name. Therefore, her grandson Peter is also Maksakov.
