Villach (OTS) – The tourism consultancy Kohl & Partner has presented its new seminar program for spring and summer 2021. A total of 21 seminars and workshops for employees and executives from the hotel and destination industries will be offered until the end of July. The diverse topics range from strategy and product development to revenue management and budgeting to employee loyalty, social media marketing and leadership training. Depending on the current situation, the participants have the opportunity to carry out a voluntary and free Covid-19 antigen rapid test in advance.
Under the motto “By professionals for professionals”, the tourism and hotel consultancy Kohl & Partner is offering more than 20 seminars and workshops for tourism professionals in spring and summer 2021. The offer is aimed at managers and employees from both the hotel industry and destinations. Numerous practical examples, interactive exercises and the development of solutions individually tailored to the participants and their companies characterize the seminars and workshops by Kohl & Partner.
For example, the two seminars “Understanding hosts: How you score as a host coach” and “Host coach knowledge: Hotel business management made easy” offer destinations the opportunity to further develop their host coaches and thus the service for businesses in their region to expand. In a detailed workshop on the topic of “strategy”, destination expert Gernot Memmer works with managers from tourism organizations to develop methods for strategy development, conducts a strategy check and gives practical tips for the first steps in implementation.
For hoteliers and their teams, the new seminar “Revenue Management: The flexible price system for your hotel business” is in the program this spring, in which the introduction of dynamic pricing systems, their advantages and challenges are examined in detail. In the training “Data, data, data: How do you make marketing measurable?” Senior consultant Michael Köck gives beginners an initial insight into professional marketing controlling. And in order to be prepared for the reopening of the operations and the corresponding hygiene and safety regulations, Kohl & Partner also offers a workshop especially for housekeeping staff: “Housekeeping as a success factor: Modern cleaning, disinfection and hygiene standards”.
Depending on the situation, the applicable Covid-19 safety and hygiene measures are observed at all seminars. In addition, participants have the opportunity to voluntarily take a free Covid-19 antigen rapid test in advance.
