Jesus Maria. Alejandro Alonso, a young hockey player from this city, was selected to join the Cordoba U-15 team that will compete in the XII Federated Sports Games of the Central Region.
He started at the B° Sierras y Parque Sports Center and, at the beginning of this year, he continued his career at the Alianza club and was federated in the Caballeritos category. Recently, in a test held at the Mario Alberto Kempes Stadium, his performance allowed him to be selected for the senior squad that represents Córdoba.
Its debut at the national level will be in the Federated Sports Games of the Central Region, in which federated athletes from different disciplines participate, representing the provinces of Córdoba, Santa Fe and Entre Ríos. The meeting will take place from Friday to Sunday, in the city of Santa Fe.
With effort, dedication and commitment, the dreams of athletes in the region can come true. In their educational path, municipal sports centers play an essential role as spaces of containment, providing them with support and guidance, on the one hand, and coordination with local clubs – in this case the Alianza club -, on the other.
