On November 1, WhatsApp will no longer work correctly on several smartphone models. The reason? The application abandons
regularly support certain versions of Android and iOS. This time, forty smartphones are affected, find out below if your device is affected.
This is not an isolated event, WhatsApp regularly drops support for certain versions of Android and iOS. For example, in early 2021, the messaging app stopped working on iPhones running versions prior to iOS 9 and smartphones running Android 4.0.2 (and earlier versions).
And from this November 1, rebelotte: WhatsApp will no longer work on all a series of smartphones. Thus, it will be impossible to use the application on versions prior to Android 4.1, iOS 10 or KaiOS 2.5.1. If you are concerned and WhatsApp is already installed on your smartphone, you can continue to use the application but some features will no longer work at all.
