At the foot of village d’Ascros in the Alpes-Maritimes, with its green meadows, come and taste the good local products. La basse-cour des Granges presents its polyculture farm, where ancient plants are grown alongside animals of ancient breeds. Also discover pruning, grafting and cutting.
