With the proposal “Open air” promoted by the National Theater Institute (INT), the Mariño Library Theater will host the return of the presence to the theaters in Corrientes next Friday. The work that will raise the curtain again will be “The Sleepwalkers”, by the Saturn Company. The cycle will continue throughout February with different artistic proposals and general tickets at 100 pesos.
From the hand of the National Theater Institute, the cycle of Open Sky Theater Interventions comes to Corrientes and with this presence returns to the theaters after almost 12 months of closed doors.
Open Sky Theater is an initiative that aims to carry out programs, cycles or performing arts festivals in the summer season, popular in nature, easily accessible and with all the health safety precautions recommended by the respective protocols. These activities favor the performance of shows in open spaces or outdoors; allowing the attending public (and the group of artists involved) better sanitary conditions in relation to the pandemic.
In this way, it is intended to optimize the resources provided by INT to the maximum and agreements will be established that allow working in a co-production format with the provincial and municipal governments, trying to add human and economic resources.
