Dilkhayot Kasimov, a Brooklyn (NYC) resident from Uzbekistan, was sentenced yesterday to 15 years in prison for providing material support to the Islamic State (ISIS) terrorist group, reported the United States Department of Justice (DOJ).

“Kasimov was part of a group of people seeking to travel to Syria to join ISIS or to fund others seeking to become foreign fighters for ISIS.
