From Monday (May 31st) the status “under 50” and still “opening step 1” applies

In the Lake Constance district, the incidence status “under 50” will apply from Monday, May 31, 2021 and thus a further easing boost for public and private life. According to the state’s currently valid Corona regulation, ten people from a total of three households can meet privately or publicly from Monday. In retail, more people than before can now be admitted to a certain retail space and the test is no longer required. Botanical gardens, libraries, galleries, museums and other cultural institutions can open without restrictions. However, the regulations of “opening step 1” still apply. For schools, the corresponding regulations for school operations according to § 19 Corona Ordinance of the State of Baden-Württemberg apply from Tuesday, June 1, 2021.

A current overview of the most important regulations for the incidence status “under 50” and “opening step 1” is available at www.bodenseekreis.de/corona. Here the district office also shows the current opening status as well as links to the state’s extensive regulations.

After the daily 7-day incidence values per 100,000 inhabitants determined by the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) were below the value 50 on five consecutive days, the district office determined this on Sunday (May 30, 2021) and formally announced on its website. The new regulations in accordance with Section 21 (5) of the Corona Ordinance of the State of Baden-Württemberg can therefore come into force on the following day (Monday).

A change to “opening step 2” is possible no earlier than 14 days after reaching the currently still valid “opening step 1”, provided the average of the daily incidence values is below the starting value. This can be calculated and then announced on Friday, June 4, 2021 at the earliest on the basis of the figures published by the RKI. Entry into force would then be the following day.
