Duster will not only be sold in Romania and the rest of Europe, but it will also reach eastern markets, but there it will not carry the Dacia brand. For example, in Turkey it will be sold under the Renault badge.
The third generation Duster began to be delivered in the summer of this year, and the first copy began to appear on the streets of Romania. A member of the group of Finding a car on Facebook surprised the twin brother of the Dacia Duster while transporting it for export.
Several examples of the Renault Duster were loaded onto a transport truck trailer and, to the untrained eye, could go unnoticed. Anyone who looks at the car in profile and doesn’t see the modified logos can’t tell the difference between the two cars.
Also, the Renault-branded SUV will be produced in Turkey, in the factory in Bursa, and from there it will be sold in markets such as the Arab Emirates. According to the information provided by the company, Renault wants to assemble 4 new models in the factory in Bursa in the next 3 years. Three of these will represent small or compact SUVs. Among them is the Renault Duster. Like its brother from the Dacia range, it will be possible to order the Renault Duster with a dual fuel engine.

Renault Duster will also be produced in Turkey, in Bursa
That seems to be what we’re seeing here, because if we look closely at the undercarriage of one of the platform cars, we can see what appears to be the hybrid system’s battery pack . Apparently, there is also a logo that resembles E-Tech Hybrid, as we see on other models of the Renault range.
The changes are mostly subtle. The front grille has been changed to include the RENAULT text, and the diamond-shaped logo has appeared at the rear. It is interesting to see that, even though there was talk of moving Renault Duster production to Turkey, some of these examples started to leave the factory in Mioveni.
Renault Duster produced in factory in Bursa it will be sold on the domestic market, in Turkey, but also in South America or the Middle East, where engines will be adapted to the markets.
In Turkey, Renault Duster is available in two trim levels – Evolution and Techno. The range of engines is almost identical, except that there is no front-wheel version for the 1.2-liter engine, 130 hp mild-hybrid. If prices in Romania start from 18,800 euros, in Turkey the cheapest Duster, that is the ECO-G 100 variant on LPG, has a list price of around 35,600 euros at the time of writing this article.
