A video sequence shows who were the athletes who won the most in the last 30 years. The ranking is started by boxer Mike Tyson and closed by another fighter, Floyd Mayweather. Other top were Michael Jordan, Michael Schumacher, Tiger Woods and Cristiano Ronaldo.

In a sequence produced in a video by the “Secrets2Success” account, a quick review of who were the athletes who made the most money over the last 30 years, starting the count in 1990 and ending in 2019.
Mike Tyson, who is preparing to box again today, starts the ranking with more than 10 million dollars in income, followed by fellow boxer Buster Douglas at that time, with 9.4 million. Ayrton Senna, former Formula 1 driver, appears in fourth place with 3.6 million earnings and Michael Jordan, in tenth place, with 2.9 million.
Evander Holyfield dethroned Tyson in 1991 with a profit of 35 million, against 30 for Mike. Jordan is already fourth with 12.2 million.
The ranking doesn’t change at the top in 1992, but it does change in 1993, when Michael Jordan steps up with nearly $ 36 million in earnings.
The former Chicago Bulls was on the cusp until 1996, when Mike Tyson reappeared, with more than 50 million earnings over Jordan’s 46. In third place appears another “groso” of world sport, as was Michael Schumacher.

Tiger Woods regains the throne in 2013 with 77.7 million and is escorted by tennis player Roger Federer with 71.1 million dollars. Already in tenth place appears Lionel Messi with 40.5 million earnings.
Floyd is the “1” again in 2015, already escorted by Cristiano Ronaldo, LeBron James and Messi.
In 2016, the Portuguese soccer player was the one who earned the most money with 87.7 million dollars, followed by the captain of the Argentine national team, with 81.1 million. But the Flea was never the highest paid athlete until last year, as Mayweather returned to the top in 2018 and did not go down further, with a profit of $ 207.1 million in 2019.
