The new live concert season of Latvian Radio 3 “Klasika” will be opened on September 7 at 6 pm by the Latvian live jazz singer, composer and pianist Laura Polence’s live concert program “Next”.
The concert will feature both Latvian folk song arrangements in jazz rhythms and Laura Polence’s original compositions. They reveal unadulterated vocal expression, theatrical touch and unexpected spontaneity. This concert was scheduled for May, due to an emergency situation, it has been postponed several times, therefore it is especially expected now. The concert will be hosted and Inga Saksone will talk to the musicians.
