From 12.07.2024 to 26.07.2024, farmers rising potatoes, nuts (walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts) and cultivated mushrooms can apply for support de minimis.
The help is granted in keeping with Regulation (EU) No. 1408/2013, amended by Regulation (EU) 2019/316 and is granted to cowl a part of the manufacturing prices of producers for 2024
The help price range is as much as BGN 13,000,000, distributed as follows:
- for potatoes – as much as BGN 7,000,000;
- for nuts (walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts) – as much as BGN 5,000,000;
- for cultivated mushrooms – as much as BGN 1,000,000.
The utmost quantity of support of minimis for one farmer or the identical enterprise can’t exceed the BGN equal of 25,000 euros (BGN 48,895.75) for a interval of three consecutive price range years (2022 – 2024).
We remind you that the ultimate quantity of the help charges is decided by the Ministry of Agriculture and Meals after receiving purposes for support and is accredited by a call of the Administration Board of the DF “Agriculture”.
The purposes are submitted to the Regional Directorates of the DF “Agriculture” on the everlasting handle of the pure individuals (within the case of FL utility) and on the registered workplace of the only real dealer or authorized entity (within the case of ET and JL utility).
