Any day, the home budget may be severely strained by a high mandate. This time it is not about conscious errors related to speeding, unfair advance, etc. It is a less obvious thing and quite new, although at first glance it seems perfectly logical. I am talking about parking, which is not completely correct.
Bad parking and high fine
Currently, the maximum fine we can get for bad parking is PLN 500. Although, as a rule, the services grant much smaller, and may even punish us with the amount of PLN 20. After the new year, however, for the same parking, you will be able to receive a fine ten times higher, even PLN 5,000.
You can get such a ticket for leaving the car on a green envelope. Importantly, it will also be available to owners of electric cars, not only internal combustion cars. Green parking spaces mean a stop for cars that are currently charging their batteries. When you finish charging the battery, clear up space, don’t make parking out of it.
If another driver, seeing this type of situation, reports it to the police, such a person will suffer great financial consequences. There are still few such points in Poland, therefore it is completely out of the question to take their place and make a parking lot. The police will undoubtedly be sensitive to such behavior and will issue a correspondingly high fine.
The recipe, however, seems to be quite difficult
After all, it will be very difficult for anyone to prove when the vehicle has really been charged. It cannot be checked, and the matter is extremely debatable and difficult to prove. Connecting to a charger means that it’s hard to prove someone’s guilt.
However, this is not about punishment, but simply about human behavior. Everyone knows how much an electric car is charged and no one wants the same thing to happen to them. So everyone should be rational about it and when they know that the battery is full they should leave as soon as possible. In this way, place will be given to others.
