Irwell Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Wan), which is located in the Metaverse Hub operated by the National IT Industry Promotion Agency, announced that it will pursue the development of a medical metaverse platform that focuses on disease prevention through linkage between patients and medical expert groups without time and space constraints.
As life expectancy increases day by day, the size of the global digital healthcare market is growing rapidly, and the demand to predict and prevent diseases by understanding the health status of each individual is also increasing.
Irwell’s medical metaverse platform displays the customer’s current health status and disease prediction data in a pop-up display within the metaverse health consultation room through various my data analysis and AI future disease prediction analysis technology based on the patient’s health checkup history. Through this, medical experts can quickly and intuitively understand basic health conditions without having to look for the patient’s medical chart, and can provide clear consultation through voice, text, and video.
In addition, the focus is on being able to continuously prevent diseases by constantly checking and managing health status rather than direct telemedicine, and various communities within the Metaverse platform enable communication through collective intelligence between members who have the same health-related concerns.
Based on these services, medical experts can communicate with patients within the metaverse space and secure trust and intimacy.

In particular, it is expected that psychiatry counseling for teenagers who are familiar with the medium called Metaverse will be activated first.
