Espinosa was born in 1982 in Rodas, a municipality in the province of Cienfuegos, in central Cuba. Since he was little he had to make sacrifices to pursue his dreams, like leaving his family and going to Havana.
In a recent interview with the magazine Cubalite, confessed that having a daughter was the main reason that prompted him to seek a better future away from Cuba, in Miami. Before leaving the island, he had already worked as a waiter in a well-known Cuban restaurant in the capital.
In 2016 he first arrived in Texas, United States and then moved to Miami, where he did everything from loading cement, in a mine, in warehouses, driving, cutting trees, etc. Now, on Tiktok he shows his daily life and the delicious dishes that he prepares as a private and professional chef.
