Funds for victims

The ORGA is an auxiliary body of the Administration of Justice through which the courts have a tool with which to effectively sell confiscated assets. In this way, the condemned are deprived of the fruit of their illicit activity and a higher benefit is obtained to satisfy the compensation that has been agreed for the victims.

The ORGA auctions, held through Escrapalia, are open to all types of public. To access them, it is necessary to deposit a deposit of 50 euros, which, in the event of purchasing a lot, will be deducted from its amount, while if no purchase is made, it will be returned in full.
