Precisely for this reason it is not surprising that, in a particularly complicated moment like the present one, there are many who turn their attention to the world of savings. In fact, some account holders are already facing changes in this sense, with a bank that has decided to close all ATMs present on the Italian territory. Current account, goodbye to ATM withdrawals: ING revolution
As already mentioned, the world of money is constantly evolving and soon we could see a revolution in regards current account e ATM. The communication of Fineco Bank, to its customers, regarding a possible closure of current accounts with a balance of more than 100 thousand euros. Other banks like Unicrediton the other hand, they have already announced significant increases in costs relating to the management fee. The novelty that has aroused particular interest, however, is that involving the account holders of ING.
The latter, in fact, will have to deal with the next one 1 July with the closure of the ATMs and automatic pay stations in our area. In particular, starting from the beginning of July, ING will make important changes to its branches, some of which will be closed completely. These include those of Trieste, Mestre, Vicenza, Genoa, Cagliari, Florence, Catania, Bergamo, Verona and Monza. In other cities, however, there will be a transfer of branches from their current locations to other areas. However, one of the biggest changes announced by ING is undoubtedly the decision of say stop to withdrawals at the counters of the same institution.
In fact, in a few weeks we will witness the closure of all its ATMs in Italy, as well as the automatic pay stations in the branches. Those wishing to withdraw, therefore, must necessarily contact the ATMs of the other institutions, paying the relative ones commissions. A decision, that of ING, which could also be taken, in the short term, by other institutes. A completely new scenario, which seems increasingly inclined to discourage people from using cash; on the other hand, by encouraging the use of technological tools.
