Another snowfall has fallen over Frogn and Nesodden. Early Thursday morning there is again trouble on the roads.
Just before 06 o’clock, the Eastern police district stated that a lorry was stuck at the bottom of Bunnebakkene.
– The train has been standing there for a while, about an hour. The driver refuses to continue driving, he is afraid to drive off the road. So we are now working to resolve the situation there.
This was stated by operations manager Svein Walle in the Eastern police district.
– The patrol on the spot says it is possible to pass the train, but it is narrow.
Operations Manager Walle recommended nosoddinger and others who had planned to drive Bunnebakkene in the morning to drive an alternative road.
– You can consider driving over Frogn church or Måna, says Walle.
Work began on securing the salvage of the lorry, which was on the first hill in the direction of Nesodden.
The road is open
Vegtrafikksentralen Øst tells Amta a little before nine o’clock that there is free traffic in Bunnebakken again.
– We have just received the message, but do not know how long the road has been open. We have not received any updates about the situation after we heard that the tow truck was on its way. But now a snowmobile driver called who passed the place and warned that everything was fine on the stretch, says Mikael Olsen at Vegtrafikksentralen Øst.

Walle further states that there are troubled driving conditions in several places, and that he receives several reports of traffic incidents.

At 06:51: Patterødkrysset, Moss: Two cars have collided with each other in the direction of Oslo and are now on the road shoulder while the drivers write a damage report. Be aware. Shortly afterwards, the road was opened to traffic.
06:49: Rælingstunnelen direction Lillestrøm. Closed due to a traffic accident. Car that has run into the wall and airbag is triggered. The emergency services are on site. The driver is out of the car. The tunnel is closed due to the accident.
At 05:49: Nesoddveien, Ås / Frogn: Lorry that got stuck in the first hill towards Nesodden. Prevents other traffic. Efforts are being made to provide salvage.
