The group Cat Calls of Graz has been asking these questions since 2019, when they started writing cat calls – i.e. sexually suggestive gestures, screams or whistles in public spaces – in chalk on the floor of public spaces. They are now organizing many different and diverse campaigns and on 18 November 2022 the gallery against sexism was opened in Graz.
