In the incident that took place on Saturday, 15 August, the first day of President Erdoğan’s Rize program, the police helicopter flying in Rize to ensure Erdogan’s safety noticed 2 paragliders in the air and started to fly around them and warned them to land.

“OK I DOWNLOAD”
Realizing that the helicopter was spinning around him, the flight instructor Ömer Yılmaz pointed and started shouting, “OK, I’m getting off.”
While the fear of the woman with whom she was flying was reflected in the camera recordings, Ömer Yılmaz, a professional paragliding instructor who flew him, kept his calm.

Yılmaz cut the trip short and made a forced landing in the area where he was supposed to get off. Yilmaz, who had a short discussion with the police who went to him, stated that he had a hard time in the air.
