Volendam – The 34-year-old man who is detained for involvement in the violent death of Eva Veerman (28) in Volendam remains in police custody. The examining magistrate decided this on Friday during his first arraignment. He is suspected of manslaughter of his girlfriend, a spokesman for the court said.
