Fajitas (fajitas) is a Mexican dish that uses beef, diversify your menu by making fried vegetable fajitas (fajitas) in carrot tortillas.

3rd piece Portobello mushrooms
50 g of butter
150 g of carrots
200 g of green asparagus
1 pack of fajita seasoning mix
50 ml of water

1 package of wheat tortilla with carrots

Preparation
- Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry them in butter in a heated pan until golden brown.
- Cut the carrots into long thin slices and add them to the mushrooms along with the asparagus and fry until soft.
- Add the mixture of spices and salt, mix well and add the water.
- Serve the fahitas filling wrapped in a carrot tortilla with lettuce, guacamole, salsa, and sliced pineapple.
- Garnish with sunflower sprouts and cilantro.
