About her work at the health center, Vinh Anh had the opportunity to experience reality. He said: “I could see the overload of the basic medical staff in the treatment of COVID patients. So, I find that the project “Improving the basic medical capacities” is a perfect opportunity as well as a pride for freshly graduated doctors like me”.
According to Mr. Thuong, these doctors work for 12 months in health centers in neighborhoods, towns and cities under the professional guidance of doctors appointed by the Ministry of Health. During the remaining six months, these doctors will return to practice in hospitals.
