If I don’t hold my breath, the pain gets worse when I breathe.

For the second, my head often hurts suddenly, when I don’t take blood boosting tablets.

The third complaint, my hands often ooze water, even dripping. What do you think is a sign of illness, Doc?

S (male, age not stated)

Answer:

The pain that is felt may still be due to the heart, but it is not typical or it could be pain not from the heart. When judging from the age, the possibility of pain due to coronary heart disease is only 15%. It would be better if a heart EKG recording is done.

For complaints of headaches, it is very likely caused by the existing nervous system. However, it can also be caused by an arrhythmic disorder, especially if accompanied by pounding or a feeling of light-headedness or sudden darkness or fainting

Complaints of watery hands or sweating, in some people hyperhidrosis or excessive sweating may occur. This can be due to a high level of stress, for example during an exam, or hot conditions, fever or it can be a special disease if accompanied by appropriate symptoms.
