French Sailor Rescued from Coral Reefs by JMRCC and Sudanese Oversight Authority

The Jeddah Search and Rescue Coordination Center (JMRCC) of the Saudi Border Guard, in joint coordination with the Sudanese Oversight Authority, succeeded in rescuing a French sailor whose sailboat got stuck in coral reefs near Ouseif Marsa.

Measures were taken to quickly deal with the distress received from the French Search and Rescue Centre, and to communicate with the counterpart agency in the Republic of Sudan and Sea Rescue.
