For France, this is to avoid the eternal question of repatriation that has arisen since the start of the pandemic. “We advise French people passing through Morocco to return to France as soon as possible,” wrote the Embassy in a tweet.

The interministerial committee for the coordination and monitoring of the system governing international travel during the pandemic, indicated in a press release, that the decision to suspend regular passenger flights to and from France was taken to “preserve the gains recorded in terms of management of the Covid-19 pandemic and to deal with the deterioration of the health situation in certain countries of the European neighborhood ”.
