French mother confesses to killing autistic son (12), family finds boy near river | Abroad

The 39-year-old woman was arrested on Saturday night. The day before she had reported to the police that the baby had disappeared during a walk. In fact, she had beaten the boy that day and brought him to the river bank. There the child’s father and uncle later found the lifeless boy.

According to the Marseille prosecutor’s office, the mother killed the child with a knife at that point. The child was already dead when he was reported missing.
