French, German and Israeli dual-use parts are found in captured equipment from the Russian Federation. Sanctions imposed by these countries in 2014 should have made it impossible to supply them to Russia. This was announced on the air of the unified news telethon by Andrey Sibiga, Deputy Head of the Office of the President, reports HB.
“We are now showing the facts and will also make them public, because in the captured Russian equipment captured by the Ukrainian military on the battlefield, we see dual-use details, moreover, from countries such as Germany, France, Israel,” he said.

Sibiga recalled that Germany and France had to comply with the sanctions regime since 2014. “Unfortunately, we see how this happened in practice,” said the deputy head of the Presidential Office.
He also noted that Ukraine “will frankly respond” to such behavior of partners: “We know these states, we also know the states that contribute to this, and we clearly prove this [партнерам]”, said Sibiga.
