Jihan Al-Demerdash, mothers need to eat boiled or grilled potatoes or add them to meals without frying or direct exposure to oil in order to maintain the health of their children and family and if it is necessary to eat fried, they can be cut into slices and soaked in water and salt before frying, which reduces the exposure of starch to burning, but It does not prevent it or it can be placed in the oven.

And Dr. Cihan, the healthy way to make potatoes, which is as follows:

– Cut the potato into small pieces in the shape of fingers also and put it in boiling water for a period of not less than two minutes, completely remove it from the water and leave it exposed in the open air for at least half an hour until you get rid of the excess water in it as a result of boiling in boiling water.

Mix it well with a tablespoon of olive oil and other spices of starch, thyme and salt.
