Dominici would have climbed on the roof of an abandoned building in the early afternoon and then jumped off it, police sources say. According to Nanterre’s prosecutor’s office, which has opened an investigation, a witness saw the former rugby player fall from ten meters.

48-year-old Dominici was a big name in the French rugby world. The international (67 selections) played in his career for La Valette, Toulon and Stade Français. With the latter team he was crowned French champion five times (1998, 2000, 2003, 2004 and 2007).
