The French Federation of Diabetics wanted, on the occasion of World Legacy Day, this Wednesday, September 13, to pay tribute to those who support its actions with a legacy.
Every year, the French Federation of Diabetics is contacted by benefactors who begin to reflect on the transmission of their heritage. We would like to express our gratitude to them, as the world celebrates this generous step today, Wednesday, September 13. The trust placed in our Federation by benefactors is an inexhaustible source of motivation for our teams, employees and volunteers, who work tirelessly to carry out actions, throughout France, in favor of people with diabetes. This loyalty is also proof of great solidarity with people affected by diabetes: our benefactors are very often affected by the disease themselves, personally or because a loved one lives with diabetes.
Legacies, life insurance and donations (also called gifts) contribute, like other resources resulting from the generosity of the public, to the financing of all of our social missions.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you! Thanks to you, we can continue our actions in favor of people with diabetes in the long term.
