The Breisgau S-Bahn from Breisach to Freiburg was again overcrowded on Tuesday morning. Commuting hospital employees at the University Clinic in Freiburg are increasingly angry.
Again there was a problem with commuter traffic on the Breisgau S-Bahn on Tuesday morning. A train with just one instead of two cars started in Breisach at 7.19 a.m. This filled up to Freiburg main station so much that people were left standing on the tracks and passengers pushed into the aisles. There were also commuters on the train who work in a particularly sensitive area – namely at the Freiburg University Hospital, the largest employer in the region. Some of these commuters are getting really mad.
