Freiburg was able to give up the red lantern in 2019 and 2020. But in 2021, Freiburg was again the city in Baden-Württemberg with the highest crime rate. This does not come as a surprise for the Free Voters, but is the – albeit sad – but logical consequence of the shortened municipal security service (KOD). We therefore demand the immediate increase of the KOD by at least four positions. Citizens have a right to security.
